Teachers who are registered and working with us receive support and training to improve their skills and capabilities, as well as tailored promotion to ensure you are prominent within your field of work.

 

The role

Once registered we offer teaching placements and opportunities to suit your profile, availability and skills. You’re responsible for your student’s progress and welfare, but MusicMaps will be supporting you in the background at all times. We provide support, guidance, mediation with clients and resources to make sure your teaching is effective and enjoyable.

Skills and qualities we are looking for

You are a motivated, accomplished musician with a natural and sensitive rapport with children. Teaching experience, excellent self-organisation and communication skills are important, but we will also provide you with ongoing training, personal support and development and plenty of tools to make sure you can get really good results with your students. We strive for ever improving standards at MusicMaps and we expect you to do the same.

Pay and hours

Our starting rate is competitive and as you will be self-employed the hours are set by you to fit your schedule.
